 A Live Action Boss Fight

A fun pretend play game to play with a friend at a birthday party, a family reunion or a graduation party.

Instructions: 

Step #1: Pick a Spot With Plenty of Space

If you're at a park or a gym, you have all the space in the world. If you're at a house, you gotta think about it, a kitchen or a living room won't do.

Step #2: Create and/or Pick Items

You must create power-ups and fake projectile weapons from scratch, you can also just use kid-safe toys, for example, item boxes made of milk crates with handmade power-ups in them and plush basketballs as boulders.

Step #3: Character Set-Up:

Whether it's characters from a game that already exists or your own characters, you play the main character and party invites play the boss and (optionally) enemies that assist the boss. But you can't actually fight or hurt your opponents, that defeats the fun.

Step #4: Direct The Introduction, Victory and Failure Of The Boss:

The player of the game who played the boss has to know the signal to come out and start a mock battle, defeat you and be defeated for example if it's Bowser, they should stomp menacingly and roar like a kaiju when they come in, laugh evilly if they defeat you and pretend to give up if they are defeated. You also need to come up with hit points for the boss, if you're going for a Mario boss, three hit points, if you're going for a Sonic boss, eight hit points, but if your own characters, as many hit points as you want. Also, during the fight, music is optionally.

Step #5: The Reward:

This is also optional since it's just a party game, but you might enjoy it, you just pick something like a star or an emerald.
